Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup Peanuts
- 1 tsp Cumin/ Jeera
- 1 tsp Channa dal
- 1 tsp Urad dal
- 5 Green Chillies
- 2 Garlic pods
- Small marble size Tamarind
- 2 tsp Oil
- 1/2 tsp Mustard seeds/ Avvalu
- 1/2 tsp uard dal
- 1/2 Channa dal
- 1 Red Chilli
- 5-6 Curry leaves
Preparation:
- In a pan, heat oil, add Garlic pods, Channa dal, Urad dal, peanuts, chillies . Roast them on a slow flame.
- Grind the roasted ingredients along with tamarind and salt, adding water to get the runny consistence.
- In the same pan, heat oil, add the ingredients under temper.
- Add the tempering to the chutney.
