Cucumber Face packs

Summer means Sun, Tanning, Sun burns and Skin damage. The best enemy for all of these is Cucumber.

1. Cucumber, Sugar Face Pack:

This pack will help to keep skin hydrated and smooth during summers.



Ingredients:
  1. cucumber - 3 0r 4 slices
  2. sugar - 1 tsp
Method:
  1. Peel cucumber and mash it in a bowl.
  2. Add 1 tbsp. of sugar into the mashed cucumber and mix well.
  3. Place it in the refrigerator until cool.
  4. Apply it to your face and leave it on for ten minutes. Use cold water to wash your face. 
2. Cucumber, Mint, and Milk Face Pack:
This is a refreshing face pack that brightens skin tone.

Ingredients:
  1. Cucumber - 1 or 2 slices
  2. Mint Leaves - 5 or 6
  3. Milk - 1 tsp
Method:
  1. Take one or two full slices of cucumber (with skin), a few mint leaves and make a paste out of it. 
  2. Add in a little milk to this paste.  
  3. Apply on the face and neck with the help of cotton and rinse off after 20 minutes to get toned, bright skin tone. 
3.Cucumber and Tomato Face Pack:
This face pack removes skin tan with regular use and lightens skin tone due to the high vitamin C content from both cucumber and tomato.

Ingredients:
  1. Tomato - 1/2
  2. Cucumber Slices - 2
Method:
  1. Make a pulp out of tomato and cucumber slices and apply the paste on face and neck, keep for 30 minutes and rinse off.  
  2. If you have oily skin, you can also add multani mitti to this pack.  
4. Cucumber and Oatmeal Face Pack:
This pack will refresh your skin tone along with mildly exfoliating and cleansing the facial pores and is good for sensitive skin and acne-prone skin too.

Ingredients:
  1. Cucumber Slices
  2. Oatmeal Powder
 Method:
  1. Make a paste out of a few slices of cucumber and mix in equal quantity of oatmeal powder into it.
  2. Make a paste with rosewater, milk or curd.
  3. Apply on the face and neck and rinse off after 20 minutes.
5. Cucumber and Rice Powder Face Pack:Rice powder is good to treat blemishes, wrinkles, and pigmentation.  Cilantro refreshes skin tone like cucumbers.

Ingredients:
  1. Cucumber slices - 1
  2. Cilantro / Coriander leaves chopped - 2 tsp
  3. Lemon juice - 1 tsp
  4. Rice powder - 1 tsp
Method:
  1. Blend cilantro and cucumber to a paste.
  2. Add some lemon juice and rice powder and mix well. Apply to face in circular motions, rinse off after a few minutes. 
6. Cucumber and Curd Face Pack:
This face pack is to reduce skin tan and make skin soft.

Ingredients:
  1. Cucumber - 3 slices
  2. Curd - 1 or 2 tsp
Method:
  1. Make a paste out of cucumber slices and mix in a curd to it.
  2. Mix well and apply on the face and neck and rinse off after 20 minutes.
