Tomato Curry

Tomato Curry

I love summer evenings.........

Cool breeze after long hot sunny afternoon, white clouds all over the sky and the sun play hide and seek before disappearing into another world and suddenly sky start sprinkling and insects chirping, birds singing, frogs croaking with joy, the fragrance of flowers spread in all directions and a beautiful and colorful rainbow appear suddenly from nowhere. All of a sudden, sprinkling stops and sky will shine like a golden plate saying goodbye to sun and welcomes moon.

Tomato Curry

Then a nice aroma will start spreading from my kitchen competing the fragrance of flowers. My Mom will do some magic with her hands and prepare dinner. I love summer for another reason too.
