Ingredients:
- 15-20 Green beans
- 1/4 cup corn (can use fresh or frozen)
- 1/4 cup peas (fresh or frozen)
- Green Lettuce 1 leaf
- 1 small Tomato, chopped
- 1/2 small Onion(optional)
- 2-3 tsp Olive Oil and Lemon Salad Dressing (adjust as per taste)
Preparation:
- Boil green beans, corn, and peas. Drain and cool them.
- Mix olive oil and lemon salad dressing and veggies, serve.
