Carrot Pops

              My  kid love pops. But she  don't drink milk. So I prepared carrot milk pops. She love these pops.

Prep time: 5 min
Cook time: 15 min

  • 1 Carrot
  • 2 cup Milk
  • 6 Almonds
  • 1/2 cup Sugar (adjust as per taste)
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • Peel the carrots, cut them into pieces and boil them along with almonds.
  • Cook them until they are tender.
  • Grind them into a smooth paste and add this paste with milk and boil up to 15 min.
  • Pore them into pop molds and freeze them.
