Ingredients:
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup reduced fat milk or soy milk
- 2 cup water
- 1/4 cup of mixed dried fruits(Badam,pistachios,Walnuts...)
- Fruits of your choice(Apple,Grapes,Orange,Strawberry,Blackberry....)
- Honey as per taste
Method:
- Take water in a pan. When water is boiling, add oats bring to the boil, and simmer for 4-5 minutes, stirring from time to time and watching carefully that it doesn’t stick to the bottom of the pan.(Oats will observe water, if need more water)
- Mean while chop mixed dried fruits and fruits.
- When oats are done switch off the stove.
- Move cooked oats into serving bowls, add milk , honey and fruits.
- Sprinkle chopped dried fruits and serve hot or cold.
