We will make omelet with eggs and sometimes we will make by adding besan (chickpea flour) to egg mix. We can make it more healthy by adding oats flour,it is a quick, light and protein packed breakfast.

Ingredients:
- Eggs - 2
- Oats flour - 1/4 cup
- Salt - as per taste
- Onion - 1 small
- Tomato - 1 small
- Red-chilli powder - 1/2 tsp or Chilli - 1.
Method
- In a bowl, mix together all ingredients.
- Heat a skillet on medium-low heat.
- Pour mixture on skillet and allow to cook.
- Serve hot.
