I tried stuffed mushroom for the first time at an Italian restaurant but really did not enjoy them at all. I think it's may be due to lot of cheese on them. But my hubby liked them so I want to give them a try at home. I can tell only one or two words about these stuffed mushrooms : Juicy and yummy...... We love them.
