Creamy mushroom pasta will have very bold flavor. As the name indicates it will be so creamy and mushrooms will be juicy and is very easy to prepare. For this recipe no need to cook mushroom separately, infuse them into the sauce. Mushroom lovers will love this recipe as we can taste mushroom in each and every bite as we cook the mushroom along with the sauce. We can toss any perfectly cooked pasta like penny or macaroni in this sauce. I am making this recipe with Spaghetti which is a long, thin, cylindrical pasta of Italian origin.

Ingredients:
- Pasta - 250 gm
- Mushroom - 200 gm
- Milk - 2cups
- All purpose flour - 2 tsp
- Butter or Olive oil - 2 tsp
- Garlic pods - 2
- Onion - 1/2
- Fresh ground pepper as per taste
- Salt as per taste
- Boil enough water in a pot with salt and add pasta and cook until they are cooked.
- Strain them in a colander running fresh cold water on the pasta, drain them and keep aside.
- Finely chop garlic pods and onion and chop mushrooms.
- While cooking pasta, in a pan heat butter or olive oil and saute garlic for a min.
- Add onion and saute until they are transparent.
- Add mushrooms to the pan and cook them till tender. Don't over cook mushroom.
- Add all purpose flour to the mushrooms and stir for a min.
- Add milk and stir without forming lumps and add pepper and salt.
- Cook until sauce thicken and then add pasta and cook for 2-3 min.
- Serve hot.
Note:
- If sauce becomes too thick add hot milk.
- If have cooked pasta without mixed with sauce can be refrigerated for a week.
