After trying homemade mixed fruit jam, I promised myself that I am not going to buy Jam any more. This time my kid told me that she want pineapple jam. Pineapple is an tropical fruit with rough skin and juicy, sweet, delicious flesh filled with vitamin c, B-complex group of vitamins like folates, thiamin, pyridoxine, riboflavin and minerals like copper, manganese and potassium.
Preparing pineapple jam is very simple. Blend pineapple and cook the puree along with sugar, tasty pineapple jam will be ready to enjoy with toast.

Cook Time : 15 min
Ingredients:
- Pineapple - 1
- Sugar - 1.5 cup
- Lemon / Lime Juice - 2 tsp
- Peel the pineapple and cut into chunks and blend in a mixer or blender into paste.
- Pour the puree into a pan and keep the pan on the stove and cook 3min.
- Add sugar and cook 15 min.
- Switch off the stove and add lemon / lime juice, mix well.
- Store in a glass jar.
